Dear Prayer partners,

This week I am teaching a class at New Geneva seminary on leadership. As I was preparing for the class last week I thought about all of the missionaries in my region and our need to continue growing in leadership. My class is basically divided into two parts: 1. Character of a Christian leader, and 2. Practices of an effective leader. The project for the class is to evaluate ones’ self and write a growth plan and to develop a plan for training other leaders in their ministry context. Pray for me during the week as I teach. But also pray that the missionaries in the region (starting with me) would grow in effectiveness (2 Peter 1:3-8).
