Dear Praying Friends,

Greetings to you all from Sao Paulo, Brazil!

Again and again I want to say thank you for your faithful prayers and support of our ministry to the Kashinawas.

Another big milestone has been reached. I have just finished the final proofreading of the New Testament for the "Kaxinawá" of BRAZIL. Now it is just a matter of time, shall we say "months", until it will be printed by the Brazilian Bible Society and ready for distribution to those who have waited so long. As I proofread Revelation this morning, these verses from Rev. 5:9,10 jumped out at me and I want to have you rejoice with me that you have been a part of this

"And they sang a new song: 'You are worthy to take the scroll and to open its seals, because you were slain, and with your blood you purchased men for God from every tribe and language and people and nation. You have made them to be a kingdom and priests to serve our God, and they will reign on the earth.'" Thank you, one and all!

Two weeks in Sao Paulo have gone by very quickly, and the Lord gave me a triple dose of grace to proofread an average of 12 hours a day from last Wednesday until I finished today just before lunch. I did have a lovely weekend with some Peru MK's, and spent Saturday night and Sunday with them and their lovely family.

Now I am scheduled to leave in tomorrow morning (Saturday) to return to Peru. Then the following Saturday I am to fly to Esperanza and go on upriver by canoe to join Dick in Nueva Luz, where we expect to be until the first or second week of January. This will be my last e-mail until we return to Yarinacocha-Peru in 2005.

With our love to you all,

Sue for Dick and Sue Montag
