Richard & Robyn CraneCrane Family News - April 18, 2007 Prayer Petition for Daniel's Surgery and Thanksgiving Dear brothers and sisters in Christ, Tomorrow, Thursday the 19th of April, at 8 AM, Daniel will undergo surgery to his right elbow. The doctor will be repairing a bone (medial epicondyle) in the elbow, which requires moving the ulnar nerve that controls part of the hand. He will also try to free up the joint so that Daniel might possibly regain a bit more range of motion. We would appreciate your prayers for the doctors and Daniel, that all goes well and without further complications. I also want to thank you and express praise to God for Robyn´s eye recuperation. She has not had any hemorrhages since November - the last doctors´ check showed that the retinal vessel had become free. This is what I wrote back in November 2006: "Robyn has had 5 recurring hemorrhages in the vitreous part of her left eye over the past three years. "Vitreous hemorrhage is a condition of intraocular (inside the eye) bleeding that usually presents with sudden vision loss, frequently with complaints of floaters or "spots" in the vision. The condition is not due to bleeding of the vitreous humor, but rather bleeding from the retinal vessels or underlying choroid (layer of capillaries beneath the retina)". This has happened to Robyn approximately every 4 months. Her eye sight becomes blurred for approximately two weeks while it slowly travels down the vitreous cavity and gets absorbed out. Please pray that these hemorrhages may stop and/or that we may know what decision to make regarding surgery. Thank you for your faithful prayers and support Richard and Robyn Crane Link to picture albums:
