Paul Miller #014893
Paul grew up in St. Louis, Missouri in a Christ-centered church and family. He came to faith in Jesus at an early age. Paul also grew up praying for several missionary families serving in Brazil, and over the years, his interest for Brazil grew. The Lord provided his first job out of college as a mining engineer on a bauxite exploration project along the Amazon River in Brazil. From college days in Rolla, Missouri to his present home church in Wellington, Florida, Paul has been active in various local ministries of the church while serving the community in a technical profession.
On a recent trip in which Paul took four teenagers from church to several cities in Brazil, he realized that God was calling him to seek full-time missionary service. That calling led Paul to a meeting in Atlanta with the pastor of a local church in Campinas, Brazil who is active with the MTW church-planting team there. Their desire to minister to homeless street kids and university students greatly appealed to Paul and led to the specific call to organize a street kids ministry and a university campus ministry with the MTW church-planting team in Campinas, Brazil.
