Julie Williams # 018249
Julie was raised in Niceville, Florida as a part of a strong Christian
family. She was homeschooled, along with her three brothers and one
sister, by her parents through elementary and high school. After high
school graduation, she attended Flagler College to pursue her bachelors
in Communications. It was during her time at college that God began to
work in her heart regarding overseas missions. After a brief visit to
Belize, she fell in love with the people there and felt God calling her
to return for a longer amount of time. She graduated from Flagler
College in April 2006 and then left for Belize in August of the same
year.
Julie currently teaches ninth grade, or 1st form, at Cornerstone
Presbyterian High School in Corozal, Belize. The courses Julie teaches
include English, social studies, reading, speech and computer classes.
She has embraced the opportunity to help provide the students at
Cornerstone with a Christian education and biblical world view. She
enjoys building relationships with the students and serving as an
encouragement to them in their daily walk.
Please pray for Julie as the trials of daily life come. Pray for
patience and perseverance in her personal life as God works in her and
through her to complete His work in Belize.
