Happy Lord's Day! (11/2/2008)

We are praising the Lord this month because our proposal for the Girl's Home was approved by Mission to the World! That means that we are recognized as a project with MTW and that we have an account and can begin raising support for this project.Thank you for praying! Within a couple of weeks of getting approved, we received a $10,000 donation.  What a huge boost of encouragement as we continue to wade through the process of opening the House of Glory.

As you pray, would you seek the Lord as to how He might be calling you or your church body to get involved with these pregnant teen girls who are coming out of situations of abuse and neglect?  And would you pray for great wisdom for us and that God would be raising up His body here in Lima to care for these girls?

Thank you to so many of you who are keeping up with the girl's home progress and are praying faithfully for the girls. Thank you to so many of you who are supporting us financially so that we can be here during this exciting time.  We have received packages from supporting churches with beautiful baby supplies and toys.  We are so blessed by your participation in what is going on here in Lima. May God richly bless your day and continue prompting all of us to fall on our knees in His presence recognizing His sovereign power through all the details of this month.
