Praises

We're thankful for your prayers on our behalf.
Gary's visit to Monterrey went very well.
Our support account has been improving over the last year.
We were able to visit Seth for a weekend during his spring break. He was able to find an apartment near the University, which has been a great blessing since now he can walk to class.
We're thankful that a Chilean friend and colleague in the ministry will be visiting us for a week in April.

Prayer Requests

Pray for the missionaries and Mexican partners in Northern Mexico, and for Gary as he works with them, as they attempt to implement a training program for church planters and pastors.
Pray for Gary and the work group he is collaboraing with as they try to create a unique short term missions experience in Latin America for our U.S. and Latin American partners.
Pray for Gary as he helps various missionaries from different parts of Latin America think through how best to prepare national church planters, how to present the gospel effectively, and various other issues.
Audrey is preparing to go to college next fall. Pray for financial aid, good roommates, and all the other details.
Pray that Seth will find the support group he needs.
Our support account has been improving over the last year, but since December giving has been lower than usual.

Our missionaries and Mexican partners in northern Mexico have asked me to help them design an effective leadership training program: one that would train pastors and church planters.

They wanted a design that would not only provide high quality academics, but would also prepare people who, by the time they graduate, actually have a significant degree of the spiritual, practical and academic qualifications necessary to plant or pastor churches. Together we designed a program that would meet these requirements.

At the end of January I visited again. This time they had asked me to help them think through the implementation of the program. We had very productive meetings. Please continue to pray for the implementation of this training program.
