Dear friends,

Thank you for your prayers with regard to my recent visit to Brazil. We feel that much was accomplished in the clarification of our relationship with the Presbyterian Church of Brazil. In fact, this was probably our best meeting ever.

I was supposed to stop by Paraguay on my way back from Sao Paulo, but there was an attemped military coup the day before, and I was advised to postpone that trip.

Today I am leaving for Atlanta. I have meetings on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday. From there I will go to Bogotá where I will assist as an examiner for our first Colombian pastoral candiadate. Pray for Javier as he takes these exams. I plan to be home in Santiago on June 8th.

Pray for safety in travel also, and for my family as they are here without me for a week. Please continue to pray also about our support account, which is in the red.
