Greg & Amy Sanderson #16800
Health Clinic Counselor
Greg grew up in Texas and became a Christian in high school. Greg later
earned a B.A. in Latin American studies from Baylor University. After
graduating in 2003, he served as an intern on a mission team in
Trujillo, Peru.
Amy grew up in Arkansas and graduated from Hendrix College with a degree
in psychology. Amy became a Christian after graduating from college.
She moved to San Antonio, TX in 2004 and began attending Redeemer
Presbyterian Church where she experienced a rapid growth in her
understanding of God’s grace. Greg and Amy met at Redeemer in August of
2004, and they married a year later.
As their marriage has grown, so has their passion for mission work in
South America. Greg and Amy will be joining the MTW Cusco team, whose
vision is to initiate and facilitate church-planting by sharing the
Gospel while also ministering to the physical needs of the Peruvians.
Greg will engage in relational ministry aimed at building and
strengthening the local churches. He will also be involved in mercy
ministry and discipleship. Amy will help organize and facilitate
counseling groups for women. Pray for Greg and Amy as they minister in
a dark place dominated by pagan beliefs and superstition.
